aside from Christmas, Halloween is my favorite holiday!!
So, for this year's Draw Halloween, i'm trying my hand at something i've never tackled before: CHIBIS!! ( ^ 3 ^ )
next up, a cute little Scarecrow to finish off the project! i call him 'Ray' for obvious reasons...
