here's another X-men OC for 
: White Noise!
White Noise is actually one of my old OC's that i've recycled and given to Hig to use for him comic (which, btw, he is looking for an illustrator. anyone know anoyone who'd be interested?).
her mutation is that creates psionic disruptions on most radio frequencies; posseses psycich abilities
also, White Noise started out as a X-Men Character but now has been changed to a Brotherhood Character for Hig to use.
