another oc for : Chameleon

this one took some planning to get the desired effect i wanted. now that i've downloaded a newer version of Microsoft Word, i get all these new picture effects, like pastel, maker, plastic wrap, etc. this effect is called cement.

Chameleon's name gives away his powers, which gives him the ability to blend into his surroundings.
